WELCOME!!
I'm Beck, founder of ABC Swim UK.
Working with children has always been my passion. I have over 30 years of experience working with children and more than 20 years of swimming teaching experience. In 2019, I made the decision to leave a stressful but loved role behind and follow my dream of creating a swim school that felt welcoming, supportive, and truly child-focused.
Everything was ready to launch in 2020 and then well, we all know what happened. Starting a swim school during a pandemic, when pools were closed and the world felt uncertain, probably wasn’t the easiest timing but I believed so strongly in what I wanted to create that I kept going. Thankfully, that leap of faith paid off.
What began as just three afternoons and one morning of lessons each week has grown into a thriving swim school operating across two main venues, 7 days a week, alongside sessions at additional venues during the week. We're also incredibly excited to be expanding into Woking.
At ABC Swim UK, our aim has always been about more than just teaching children to swim. We want every swimmer to feel safe, encouraged, and proud of themselves. Watching children grow in confidence both in and out of the water is still the best part of what I do.

Payments
We operate lessons over 39 weeks a year (in line with school terms).
We use a pro rata payment system, where the total of those 39 weeks are divided across 12 equal monthly payment. No matter if there are school holidays etc.
We require one months notice when you wish to leave. We then work out if you are in credit for lessons and give you a final lesson date, based on how much you have paid across the months compared to lessons delivered.
We invoice on 7th of every month with payment on 21st.
Costs vary depending on venue and class type.
